For staff on Spanish payroll, it can calculate them. TramitApp produces the payslips from contracts and the month’s payroll inputs and leaves them ready to pay: - **Payslip types**: regular, Spanish extra-month payment, bonus, arrears and incentives. - **Inputs into pay items**: absences and overtime, night, bank holiday and weekend hours become pay items and allowances, and before calculating, it warns you of any gaps in the employment history. - **Payment**: validating the payslips generates the SEPA XML file for the bank. - **Final settlements**: when an employee leaves, the settlement calculation is validated and the payment generated. Yes. Before the payslips are produced, the manager reviews the month’s inputs. If you work with **A3 Innuva**, TramitApp receives employees, contracts, absences and calculated payslips from A3; with any other system, integration runs through our **REST API and webhooks**, and if payroll is calculated elsewhere, the month’s inputs download to Excel so you can pass them on. Under Spanish Royal Decree-Law 8/2019, working time records are kept for 4 years and remain available to the Spanish labour inspectorate. ### How long are payslips kept under Spanish law, and how do employees access them? Under Spanish law, the payslip is a mandatory pay statement, governed by the Spanish Workers’ Statute, that the company must give each employee every month. For Spanish employment and Social Security purposes it is kept for at least **4 years**, and up to 6 years for Spanish accounting purposes. Employees can be given access on paper, but the usual approach is a permanent electronic channel. In TramitApp, each payslip is stored in the payslips folder of the employee’s documents, encrypted at rest, and the employee views and downloads it from the employee portal whenever they need it.
