Our time tracking app is installed directly on an employee’s smartphone and is designed to perform the entire process using the phone.
It’s as easy as pressing “Play” and “Stop” to log work hours. Suitable for all staff members, regardless of their skill set.
Geolocation
Log the location from which employees clock in and out. Restrict the geographic locations or IPs from which workers can clock in and out with geofencing.
Reminders
A major challenge is that many employees forget to clock in and out, so we have implemented a smartphone notification system that reminds them to log their attendance.
Schedule
TramitApp’s time tracking app is connected to the smart schedule, making it perfect for calculating total hours, managing rotating shifts or coordinating employees in multiple sites.

Our kiosk consists of one or several tablets with our software installed. There are several attendance log methods: voice activated facial recognition, card or PIN.
Facial recognition
Unlike other biometric time tracking systems, facial recognition is contactless and completely hygienic. A voice activated option is available.
PIN
You can configure the kiosk so users can log in by entering their PIN. It only takes a few minutes to configure, no employee training is required and there are no cards to lose.
Card
Our attendance log kiosk with NFC cards can be installed on any tablet equipped with this technology. It is much less expensive than a traditional time clock machine and produces fewer errors.
Multi-location
Kiosks send information to TramitApp servers, so the information is centralized and can be viewed conveniently in real time from any computer or mobile device.
