Levaduramadre plans the rotas for 500 people across 183 stores. And already has them sorted to the year end, ready for any change.
A bakery chain in the middle of national and international expansion needed to organise its team without losing the feel of a neighbourhood bakery. After trying three apps for a year with no luck, it found in TramitApp a way to get back in control. And the time for what matters.

The challenge: growing without losing control (or the neighbourhood feel)
Levaduramadre is a bakery chain present across almost all of Spain, with 183 stores, three of its own bakeries and an international move that started last year. Intense growth with one non-negotiable condition: keeping the close, personal touch of the bakery of always.
That pace had a clear bottleneck: the rotas. When there were fewer stores, the rota was built entirely by hand, and sorting the day to day was a battle. Every incident — a last-minute absence or a shift swap — was solved with phone calls and rushing. There was no real control over operations, and previous attempts to fix it with software had gone badly.
“We tried three apps, it took us a year and it was impossible. That is why we decided to move to TramitApp.”
The solution: understanding the bakery before selling an app
The turning point was not a specific feature, but the approach: instead of forcing the business into the tool, TramitApp started by understanding how a bakery chain with bakeries and stores spread across the country actually works, and answered one by one the doubts inherited from those bad past experiences. The rollout was done, literally, in a day.
Today they centralise in TramitApp the time and attendance and AI shift planning for all their stores.
Result “Almost total” control of operations, rotas planned to the year end and a one-day rollout.
Before
- Rotas by hand: “building the week cost us our lives”
- Every day-to-day incident (an absence, a shift swap) was a race against the clock
- No control whatsoever over operations
- 3 apps tried in 1 year, with no luck
With TramitApp
- AI-assisted rotas, “all in one click”. Sorted to the year end
- Incidents solved on the spot: an alert if someone does not show and real-time shift reassignment, from the phone
- “Almost total” control of operations
- Clocking in with an ID document + photo, in seconds
In their own words
“It is the simplest on the market, the most intuitive, and it has the best technical support I have ever come across. It meant a one-day integration. I would tell anyone: get TramitApp.”
“We keep the neighbourhood-bakery feel, that close personal touch. We have a massive expansion plan and now, with TramitApp, I see it as far more achievable.”
“They came with a lot of doubts after a bad history with other apps. The decisive factor was understanding their problem perfectly and being able to help them with concrete solutions.”
