- With availability shifts you always know your floater is on call:you know who can cover each day without it counting as hours worked.
- The Magic Button suggests who should cover the open shifts from among the people qualified for each shift.
- The team can request, give away or swap shifts with a colleague from their phone, with the supervisor's approval.

Overtime, bank holidays and payroll variables
- Overtime by type (day, night and bank holiday), each with its own approval, paid or compensated through an hours bank.
- Absences and allowances generate their payroll entry, ready for month-end close.
- If an external provider runs your payroll, you download the entries in Excel for them; if you use A3 Innuva (Spanish payroll software), TramitApp imports your workforce data from it.
Holiday and leave for the whole workforce
- Each worker requests holiday and leave from their phone, and the supervisor approves them; on the rota they can see who else is off those days.
- Holiday policies by site and the working calendar with each site's bank holidays.
- TramitApp flags overlaps with sick leave, another absence or holiday already approved.
Contracts and documents, signed from the phone
- Contracts, annexes and health and safety documents are signed from the phone, one by one or with bulk signature for the whole workforce.

You enable the channels you want by site or by person.
Can a cleaning company's rotas be built with rotating and split shifts?
Yes. Rotations such as 4/3 or 5/2 are created as sequences that repeat on their own, and a split shift is a shift with its break built in, with or without clocking out. You set how many people you need at each site and day, and the Magic Button assigns the open shifts on a draft you review before publishing, following the rest rules you configure. If your rota is in Excel today, you upload it as it is, and each worker gets theirs on their phone when it's published.
How do you cover sick leave or a last-minute absence?
Sick leave is reported from the phone with a photo of the sick note, and the manager reassigns the shifts that clash with the sick leave in bulk to another person, or releases them as open shifts. The Magic Button suggests who should cover them from among the people qualified for each shift, and if you work with a floater, their availability shifts tell you who can cover that day. When you publish the change, each person gets theirs on their phone.
Can I see how many hours my staff spend on each client?
Yes. You set up each client as a project and the worker picks it when clocking in: you can make it mandatory and limit the list to the projects they're allowed, and on a client's kiosk the project can be set by default. You then see hours worked filtered and grouped by project, by site or by person, and download them in Excel.
