Every clock-in, with its time and location
- Every clock-in and clock-out is recorded in TramitApp's time and attendance with its time and location, and you see it on the dashboard straight away.

Frequently asked questions about time and attendance software for construction
How do workers clock in on site with TramitApp?
From their phone with the TramitApp app, via WhatsApp or Telegram, or at a kiosk: a tablet in the site cabin that identifies staff by PIN, national ID number, NFC card, QR code or facial recognition. Each site is set up with its location and a radius, and in the analytics you see the clock-ins for each site. You enable the channels you want by workplace or by person.
Can you clock in on a site with no signal?
Yes, with the kiosk: the site cabin tablet can clock in offline and syncs the clock-ins as soon as the connection is back; it's an option that isn't switched on by default. The mobile app, the web, WhatsApp and Telegram do need a connection to clock in.
Does geolocation track operatives throughout the day?
No. TramitApp only saves the coordinates at the moment of clocking in and out; there's no tracking during the day. You can block clocking in when GPS isn't on and let anyone who moves from site to site clock in from anywhere.
What do I hand over if the Spanish Labour Inspectorate asks for the working time record?
You download it from TramitApp: the full time and attendance record, the report for workers' legal representatives and the PDF certificate of the clocking-in system. Every corrected clock-in is marked as manual, with its reason, so you can see what was changed and why. If you have questions about your specific obligations under Spanish law, check them with your employment adviser.
Can I see how many hours each operative spends on each site?
