How do I send a certified communication with TramitApp?
You choose the recipient (one employee or several), write the message and send it. TramitApp sends the certified email and stores the trail of sending, delivery and opening in a PDF delivery certificate. The recipient gets the communication and you have a record of sending, delivery and opening.
Is it the same as a Spanish burofax?
It has the same evidential value as a Spanish burofax (certified delivery), but by email: no trips, no waiting, and a PDF delivery certificate for every send. It is not the postal burofax: here the whole process is electronic.
How is it different from electronic signature?
With electronic signature , the recipient gives their consent to a document, such as a contract or an annex. Certification records that a communication has been delivered and opened, without the recipient having to sign anything. TramitApp has both, and you can distribute a document to a group with simple delivery, with signature or with electronic certification.
What exactly does the certificate record?
A PDF with the chronological trail of every send: sent, delivered, opened in the email, opened in TramitApp and attachment opened, with the date and time of each step. It is a proof of delivery email: you know when it arrived and when it was opened.
